As of September 26, 2024, a design firm has been selected. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. Pend Oreille Valley Railroad (POVA) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from design professional firms registered and licensed to practice in Washington to provide Architectural and Engineering (A&E) services for a proposed repair shop expansion, in the form of a new shop, in Usk, Washington. POVA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The Port of Pend Oreille is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
