Construction Services for repairs at Anderson Hall, located on the west bank of the Twin Cities campus. The Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota (the "University") is requesting Proposals to provide construction services for repairs at Anderson Hall, located on the west bank of the Twin Cities campus (the "Project"). The University now seeks Construction Services through a Contractor to: 1.Carry out concrete repairs, mechanical, and electrical modifications 2.Provide and install supplemental steel columns and concrete piers 3.Epoxy injections of overhead cracks 4.Concrete slab patching 5.Polyurethane deck coating 6.Concrete slab removal and replacement 7.Mechanical and electrical modifications to accommodate structural repairs, including replacement of diesel fuel tank 8.And all other scope items per completed 100% Construction Documents The total construction budget for this Project is $397,000 (current dollars, no escalation). Deadline for RFP Questions September 8, 2023, at Noon. The University requires the Project to be substantially complete by no later than January 31, 2024.
