Site work and paving for a civil project in Brick, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of the resurfacing of Morris Avenue and Meridian Drive as well as concrete and drainage improvements if and where ordered. Approximate construction quantities in this project include 6,800 SY of HMA Milling, 1,500 TN of HMA 9.5M64 Surface Course and other associated work. Bid Guarantee is required in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount indicated in the Bid, but not in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) Pre-bid Meeting: None Bidders are required to comply with all applicable Laws and Regulations including the (Prevailing Wages). The Township reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities specified in the manner designated in the Specifications. The Township reserves the right to award this contract based on funds available. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any immaterial defect or informality in any Bid, if deemed in the best interest of the Owner. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing, addressed to the Engineer, at the address included in the advertisement and to be given consideration must be received no later than ten (10) days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted) prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
