Firms with experience commercial low slope modbit roof replacement on institutional buildings will be best suited for this project. A wide breadth of knowledge and experience in modbit roofing replacement, renewal, and correct will best serve firms for successful completion of this project. Gilpin County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for failure to meet the requirements herein, to waive any technicalities, and to select the proposal which, in the Countys sole judgment, best meets the requirements of the project The qualified Firm is to provide all the necessary services, labor, equipment, and supplies required for the satisfactory completion as described in this RFP. Analyze need for crickets to correct ponding, drainage issues, and unsupported areas. Removal of existing Ballast. Removal of existing Modbit Roof Structure Remove all No-Hub drain sets. Install crickets as needed to eliminate ponding, poor drainage etc. Re-set new No-Hub drain sets. Reflash all junctions. Reinstall appropriate ModBit Roof Reinstall/Install walkways to RTUs for HVAC maintenance workers. Water test roof for any leaks and confirm no ponding/leaking. Provide warranty on workmanship and material. Provide optional maintenance schedule
