Reference Number 0000370496 Job Location: 150 Chase St Black Hawk, CO 80422 It is the intent of the City of Black Hawk ("City") to enter into a Contract ("Contract") with a qualified, professional Construction Manager/General Contractor ("Contractor") to provide preconstruction services and if the Contractor meets the City's expectations provide construction services necessary to complete the restoration, rehabilitation, and preservation of one (1) residential historic home, located at 150 Chase Street, under the Residential Historic Restoration and Community Preservation Program ("Project"). The City intends to initiate a streamlined and consistent Project approach. The City intends to perform a complete rehabilitation and preservation of one (1) residential historic home. Work will include complete exterior renovation, interior reconstruction, and associated site and utility construction. The selected Contractor shall provide professional services during design, construction, and warranty periods. The estimated budget is $1.6M. Design and construction 2025. Completion should be by December 2025.
