An electrical engineering line diagram for the installation of the chargers was completed by Cory Engineering and is attached to this RFP as Appendix A. A portion of this project will be funded through grant funds from the State of Colorado's Charge Ahead Colorado program. Gilpin County has received a preliminary award from Charge Ahead Colorado. All work to be conducted as part of this RFP shall be consistent with the requirements of Charge Ahead Colorado's grant award. Gilpin County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for failure to meet the requirements herein, to waive any technicalities, and to select the proposal which, in the County's sole judgment, best meets the requirements of the project. Gilpin County is seeking a qualified firm and/or contractor who will install all necessary electrical equipment from the connection to the United Power transformer and meter to the electrical vehicle chargers as outlined in the line diagram provided in this RFP. The contractor will also be required to install and commission the EV chargers. The installation of the EV chargers must meet all requirements of the Charge Ahead Colorado grant program which includes requirements for ADA accessibility.
