Site work and remodeling of a restaurant in Black Hawk, Colorado. Working plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade restaurant.
Demolition of existing retaining walls, entry patios and ramp to accommodate the addition of a 233 SF dining patio and a 68 SF entry patio. Expanded patio spaces will have new decorative steel/stone veneer guardrails. A new steel supported canopy with neo-classical detailing will be constructed over the dining patio.
