Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Lockport, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Work will include the removal and replacement of the pool rooftop HVAC unit. Specifications require the submittal of a 10% Bid Surety with the proposal. In addition, the successful contractor must be able to provide a satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and required proof of insurance following the award of a contract.
