**As of October 27, 2023, project was awarded to BMD Concrete Innovations, LLC., awarded amount is $110,054.45. ** 2023 Sidewalk Replacement Est. Completion Date: Dec. 15, 2023 The project consists of approximately 8,000 SF of concrete sidewalk removal and replacement and restoration, as well as miscellaneous related items of work. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount five percent (5%) of the Bid The work shall be substantially complete on or before December 1, 2023 and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before December 15, 2023 It is anticipated that the Notice to Proceed will be issued around October 13, 2023
