As of 12/14/23, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide fabrication, delivery, and installation of steel pile sleeves and incidental repairs at the Port MacKenzie Deep Draft Dock. See Scope of Work & Specifications for additional details. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. EDA Project Number: 07-79-07638. Deadline to submit Questions Sep 25th 2023, 5:00 PM AKDT Any bid exceeding $50,000 for total of all base items and alternates shall be accompanied by a certified check, money order, cashier's check, or Bid Bond in the amount of at least 5% of the total Base Bid amount OMB Number: 0610-0096 Substantial Completion is set at October 28, 2024, with Final Completion of November 28, 2024. The Matanuska-Susitna Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any and all technicalities or informalities it deems appropriate.
