The scope of work, as may be modified through negotiation and/or by written addendum by the City, will be made a part of the Agreement. The criteria set forth below must be met to achieve successful completion of the project: Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, coordination and supervision for the design, supply, and installation of the Waterslide with run out lane connected to existing slide tower and Timing Light System on new slide and one other existing tower with two slides and all related plumbing and mechanical systems required to complete the work to the full intent of the drawings and as specified herein. This work shall include the structure(s) and installation of finishes as well as all products listed in this Section. Proposals outside of the dimensions shown in the drawing will not be considered.
