Eastern Kentucky University seeks a Higher Education Planning Consultant to develop a Campus Master Plan for all University owned properties. Eastern Kentucky University seeks the services of a Consultant to develop a comprehensive Campus Master Plan and Space Utilization Program for Eastern Kentucky University, including all facilities/properties owned by the University and the Eastern Kentucky University Foundation. Facilities and properties include the University's main campus comprised of approximately 912 acres, located in Richmond, Kentucky and regional campuses located in Corbin and Manchester, Kentucky. The University seeks to establish an initiative-taking planning philosophy to guide the maintenance, preservation, evolution, and comprehensive best use of all University facilities and properties. This planning exercise will be inclusive and involve the entire University and local communities Questions Due By: 09/22/2023 no later than 2:00PM (ET) - Submit via the Q&A Board within this electronic solicitation event. All questions submitted by deadline will be addressed via Addendum that will be posted within the "'Buyer Attachments" section. Contract Term: The Contract resulting from this RFP and the Successful Offeror's Proposal shall have an initial term from award date through June 30, 2024. The Contract shall be renewable for up to four (4) consecutive one (1) year renewal periods. The total contract period will not exceed five (5) years, subject to KRS 45A145. Annual renewal will be contingent upon the University's needs and satisfaction with the services performed and the overall performance of the Contractor. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
