Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sutherlin, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The construction budget for the Sutherlin Police Station will not exceed $2,018,880 and the construction budget for the Sutherlin Fire Station #1 will not exceed $2,033,200. The City of Sutherlin is proposing to remodel the existing Sutherlin Police Station and Fire Station #1 located at 126 E Central Ave and 250 S State St, Sutherlin, OR 97479, respectively. The seismic retrofits of Sutherlin Police Station and Fire Station #1 include the rehabilitation of the existing lateral system components in order to meet the requirements for "Immediate Occupancy" as outlined in ASCE 41-17. This will be accomplished by adding to or altering the existing structures and lateral load path to the building foundations.
