Omission of any information that the Corporation deems as pertinent to the Bid may cause the Bid submission to be disqualified at the Corporation's sole discretion. Bids should, at a minimum, address the following information requirements Yukon Energy Corporation ("the Corporation or YEC") is soliciting Bids for the Supply and Delivery of new (refurbished will not be accepted) Transformers as described in the Appendix 2, Combined 50-75-100kVA specs for Dawson Voltage Conversion; including delivery to the Yukon Energy Corporation, Dawson City, Yukon, including all required drawings, test certificates, warranty. Please note that the Contract award is subject to Corporation's board approval. The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids, or to accept in whole or in part all Bids it has received, or to accept the Bid which the Corporation deems to be in its own best interests. It is the intent of the Corporation to obtain the best overall solution, services and value through a Request for Quotation that provides a high level of responsiveness, quality Bids and, a Bidder that has a proven track record of meeting their client's needs.
