Renovation of a municipal facility in Hinesburg, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Installation of steel tie rods and wood framing to stabilize the roof structure. It is not the intent of this project to correct the existing condition of the exterior wall and roof assembly. Project Award October 2, 2023 Project Completion December 31,2023 The Town of Hinesburg Select board reserves the right to reject any and all bids Questions regarding interpretation of the content of this ITB must be emailed to Jay Labare by 4:00 PM local time September 13, 2023. License The successful bidder and any subcontractor(s) must possess a current and valid contractor s license(s) in the classification(s) required by law to perform the work. The warranty must be secured either by Contractors performance bond or such other security as is acceptable to the Municipality. The period of performance of any contract resulting from this ITB is tentatively scheduled to begin on or about October 9, 2023, be substantially complete December 31, 2023, with final completion on or before February 2, 2024.
