Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
City of Mississauga is seeking the services of a general landscape contractor, who is also COR certified, for the construction of Mattamy Sports Park Phase 2, located at 5320 9th Line, Mississauga. This land is currently in base development condition, with several existing trails, storm water facility, and drainage infrastructure. It is the City's intent to develop this park into a multi-use sports park. This will include the following facilities, with water and sanitary servicing required: - Dedicated artificial turf soccer field with lighting; - Cricket pitch with artificial turf/sod with lighting; - Tennis facility (6) courts with concrete grade beam for the dome structure; - Dome Structure; - Sport seating for all facilities; - Parking lot with full vehicle access to the facilities; - Recreation trail; - Open space with naturalized areas; and - Storm water management ponds.
