The Agency intends to call a tender for the construction of approximately 5.5km of 750mm diameter Z4 Sub-transmission Watermain on Derry Road East from west of Dixie Road to Goreway Drive in the City of Mississauga (Project 23-1127) in Q1 2026. Due to the nature and complexity of the work involved, the Agency will be inviting only those Respondents who are most experienced and qualified to bid on and undertake the specified scope of work for the Project. The purpose of this Document is to identify and select by means of prequalification, Respondents who will be included in the Prequalified List, to be invited to submit a bid on the proposed work for the Project. A Performance Bond and Labour and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 50 per cent of the Contract value, which for the purposes of this prequalification is estimated up to $100,000,000.
