This Request for Tender issued by the Facilities Management and Planning at the University of Toronto Mississauga on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto is a call to Fire Protection Contractors to submit Tenders for the provision of Contractor Services for the Davis Building DV1149 Fire Pump Replacement project. Milestone Schedule: 1. Shop drawings to be submitted for review 1 week after contract award. 2. Access to site for prep work / installation November 15, 2023. 3. Adhere to permitted downtimes specified in A2 for Fire Alarm system and Electrical Systems 4. Substantial Completion shall be achieved March 30, 2024. 5. Final Completion, including Commissioning, close out documentation and all deficiencies signoff shall be completed April 30, 2024 Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
