The Department of Buildings and Grounds is issuing this Request for Proposal to engage a contractor to provide proper maintenance, testing, and services as per NYS DOH Public Health Law Title 10 Part 4-1 225(5)(a) for four (4) cooling towers and boiler loops as listed in this RFP. The scope of services are outlined below and include implementing the Department's requirements and the NYS DOH guidelines in providing services necessary to treat, test, and maintain cooling towers and boiler loop systems in the County Wyoming County reserves the right to reject and or waive any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities in procedure.
