Renovation of a municipal facility in Warsaw, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contractor to furnish and install/replace all air handler and all AC equipment that supplies tempered air to the Department of Motor Vehicles spaces. Work to be conducted Monday through Friday between 7am and 4pm. Work must be completed in a manner that will not disrupt building workflow. Contactor to follow all Building codes, Electrical codes, OSHA, and DOL Standards Equipment placement is to remain in the current locations to the best of the contractor's ability Any utility outages are to be discussed with Buildings and Grounds director 24 hours prior to utility disruption. Any questions can be directed to the Buildings & Grounds Director M-F 7am to 4pm. All work is to be complete and equipment is to be 100% functional by November 1, 2024.
