Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a retail development in Amherst, Virginia. Completed plans call for the addition of a retail development; for the renovation of a retail development; for site work for a retail development; and for the demolition of a retail development.
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to solicit proposals for the professional services of a design/build firm to construct a stand-alone structure and modifications to the existing structure at the Town of Amherst Maintenance Shop. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion on or before the Contract Completion Date. Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall achieve Final Completion within thirty (30) Days after the Contract Completion Date. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Awards will be announced on October 12, 2023
