Roll-in Shower Upgrade and Kitchen Upgrade Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Replacing the kitchen and providing a roll-in shower at Elderly 667-01, 2 Pearl St unit 215. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Remove and dispose of all materials and coounters in the existing kitchen, (except the fan which will be re-installed,) and remove and dispose of the existing bathtub. Install a new roll-in shower and a new kitchen, and new LVT flooring where indicated in the plans. Paint all surface noted in the drawings and specifications. Install new LED lighting, and a new fan in the bathroom which vents to the outside. 2. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 3. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 4. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: Manufacturer's Product Warranties. Standard General Contractor's 1 year warranty.
