Contractor to provide all necessary temporary heating and ventilation to maintain a minimum interior temperature of 20 degrees C within school until Ready-for- Takeover status has been certified. Temporary heating and ventilation to be provided at construction start date and to be maintained until Ready-for-Takeover. Provision of temporary heating to include any temporary pumping required prior to Ready-for-Takeover. Contractor to provide all temporary equipment including pump, fittings, piping and ancillaries required to provide temporary pumping.
