* Award subject to final approval. Firestopping, fire alarm work and integrated systems testing for an existing facility in Southeastern Manitoba. The facility was previously sprinklers but a full integrated systems test will be required with test procedures provided by life safety comissioning agent. Each bid shall be accompanied with security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the performance of the Contract including the requirements of GC 12.3 - Warranty. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price.
