Green Valley School Gym Addition & Renovations project is the gymnasium addition & renovations of an existing 1-storey school. The school is located at 212 Oak Street, Grunthal, MB. Generally, the scope of work includes the gymnasium addition and renovations to the existing building for all disciplines (architectural, civil, landscape, structural, mechanical & electrical). The Proponent must submit a Bid Bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid price. The Bid Bond shall be endorsed in the name of the Owner as oblige signed and sealed by the Proponent, and the Surety. Bid Bond shall be irrevocable for a period of forty-five (45) days of bid closing. Bid Bond shall be submitted using the CCDC 220 Bid Bond Form, which shall be included as Appendix 13. A Performance Bond of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price for the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen performance bond included as Appendix 8 of Schedule A (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement; and A Labour and Material Payment Bond of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price of the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen labour and material payment bond included as Appendix 8 of Schedule B (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement.
