Metalworks Skate Park Project All technical questions regarding this project are to be submitted to publicworks@cityofferndale.org, with the subject line reading, ''Metalworks Skate Park Project''. The City of Ferndale is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. Minority and Women-Owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. This Project will construct a new 10,000 square foot skate park off Second Avenue and adjacent to Phillips 66 Sports Complex, Pioneer Park, and Star Park in accordance with the Contract Documents for the project. Improvements will include lighting, an 800 square foot shade structure, retaining wall/wall seating, irrigation, benches, recycling and trash receptacles, site preparation for a precast bathroom structure, landscaping, and associated utility improvements including stormwater facilities and pump station for drainage.
