Site work and paving for a civil project in Clive, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a bridge / tunnel and road / highway.
This project includes all materials, equipment, transportation and labor needed to complete bridge repairs on the northbound NW 128th Street Bridge over Walnut Creek in the City of Clive, Iowa. Project items concrete repair, steel handrail, traffic control and mobilization. Specific project location along with the kind and approximate quantity of materials to be used shall be as set forth in the Plans and Specifications. Work on the improvements shall commence on or before the late start date of May 1, 2024, and shall be completed within fifteen (15) working days. Liquidated damages for noncompliance with said completion provisions will be assessed at the rate of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each calendar day thereafter that the work remains incomplete. The bid security must be in the minimum amount of 10% of the total bid amount The City of Clive reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
