The overall DBE Utilization Goal is revised to 9.39 percent. The federally funded project will construct a roundabout at the three-leg intersection of Palmer-Fishhook Road and Trunk Road. Project work includes surcharge, grading, drainage, pathway, curb and gutter, landscaping, lighting, paving, striping and signing. The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) plans to reconstruct the three-leg intersection of Palmer-Fishhook Road and Trunk Road (Vicinity Map - Figure 1). The project will include roadside hardware, drainage improvements, intersection improvements, ADA improvements, and utilities.
