Renovation of a mixed-use development in Palmer, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting bids from interested contractors to refinish cedar siding on all four sides of Station 2-1, all four sides of the fuel house and the exterior surfaces along with the existing two stack-housing units on the roof of the Bud Barnhart Public Safety Building. In addition, the Station 21 Annex Building and Pavilion structure will be restained as specified herein. Station 2-1 located at mile 10.5 on the Old Glenn Highway.
