Renovation of a municipal facility in North Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work Installation of (1) new exterior sliding egress 30x50 window with lintels, sill, paint new and disturbed exterior block to match existing, interior plastic laminate sill to match existing. Remove existing window unit infill block and paint to match existing. * Replacement of four exterior hollow metal door, frame and lockset, paint door and frame, patch vertical face of threshold/curb to smooth finish. *Select demo of CMU block at floor for new door to garage, install new hollow metal door, frame, and lockset, closer and threshold. Laminated glass in door lite. * Paint door and frame on both sides. * Install new 60x30 Aluminum framed borrowed lite in wall looking into shop, 1/4 clear laminated x 1/2 argon airspace x 1/4 clear tempered, frame is anodized. *Install new ceiling grid with tile and R-21 insulation at south office. * Installation of ceiling support for projector mount. * Renovation of southeast office to include all new gypsum board and paint..
