Removal and installation of a 140 ton Air Cooled Chiller at Palisades High School. Question Deadline 10/10/2023 at 3:00 PM ET all written questions about the RFP should be electronically sent to the following: Alan Crouthamel , Director of Facilities, acrouthamel@palisadessd.org The Palisades School District is looking to replace an aging chiller system at Palisades High School. The work will consist of the removal and installation of a 140 ton chiller(outside unit) that is air cooled, equivalent to York quality. The completed work includes all connections (pumps, valves, and associated controls) testing and balances, and start-up. The full scope of the project must be completed on or before: September 30, 2024.
