As of October 19,2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Creamery Road and Winding Road Culverts. The project for which Bids are being solicited is subject to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to accept any Bid which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Owner. No Bid will be accepted if obtained from sources other than the issuing office noted above. Clarification Deadline 10/2/2023 4:00 Pm Each Bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to Weisenberg Township, Lehigh County, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Article 6 of the General Conditions. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price, as security for the faithful performance and payment of Contractors obligations under the Contract All Work will be final completed within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days
