Tannery Road Swale Rehabilitation and Enhancement Project. This work will include the vegetative restoration and enhanced stability of a swale that traverses Tannery Road. Question Deadline 03/26/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Location online portal. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security made payable to the North Whitehall Township in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. This project is subject to minimum wage rates in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Public Works Employee Verification Act. Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, and/or to reject, any or all bids. The project site, roughly at 5526 Tannery Road, Schnecksville, PA 18078 Statement of Qualifications is only required if requested by Owner after bid opening. An analysis of existing topsoil was not done. Assume a minimum of 4 of fresh topsoil is need for the entire length of the swale.
