Site work for a water / sewer project in Lowhill Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Contract "A" - Replacement of an existing 12" water main crossing SR-0022 by closed excavation, located east of MacArthur Road (SR-145) overpass and Contract "B" - Installation of two water distribution system water meters and appurtenances. Contract "A" involves boring across SR-0022, installation of a 24" casing and 12" carrier pipes and appurtenances and reconnecting the new main to the existing main on either side of the crossing. Contract "B" includes the installation of two water meters (12" and 8"), meter manholes and SCADA equipment. CONTRACT A: WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT - SR 0022 CROSSING PENNDOT HIGHWAY OCCUPANCY PERMIT #05064548 and CONTRACT B: WATER METER INSTALLATION PROJECT 1)SCHADT AVENUE WATER SUPPLY FACILITY 2)LEHNERT ROAD WATER SUPPLY FACILITY Questions and inquiries should be addressed through online The bid must be accompanied by bid security made payable to the Owner in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. This project is subject to minimum wage rates in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Public Works Employee Verification Act. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, and/or to reject, any or all bids. No bid will be accepted if not submitted through A pre-bid meeting will not be scheduled for this project Question Deadline 09/03/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be addressed through online. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner/Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
