Renovation of an educational facility in Kintnersville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Palisades School District is seeking Request for Proposals for the removal and installation of a 140 ton Air Cooled Chiller at Palisades High School. Prime Contractor's completed work includes any necessary demo, all connections (pumps, valves, and associated controls (disconnecting & reconnecting existing start/stop/status/alarming and new BACnet Integration), electrical, testing and balancing, and start-up. The full scope of the project must be completed on or before: September 30, 2024. If associated project work commences during winter months, the contractor shall provide temporary piping connections to allow for system water circulation. No later than 3:00 p.m. on December 27, 2023, all written questions about the RFP should be electronically sent to the following: Alan Crouthamel , Director of Facilities, acrouthamel@palisadessd.org
