Renovation of an educational facility in Kintnersville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Design Engineering for an Exterior Emergency Generator. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The point of contact for the Palisades School District is Lorie Olexson, Business Administrator (610) 847-5131. l-H. Project Timeline/Period of Performance: Designs must be completed and received by the District no later than June 30th, 2025. The Palisades School District is seeking Engineering Professional(s) to provide designs and schematics on replacing the current generator and relocating it from its interior location to an exterior location. The current generator is aging and at the end of its useful life. The current generator cannot provide sucient power when there is a power outage; it fails to support the elementary school and district oces. There are existing loads that will need to be added to the generator which include the following: Well Pump, well pump control panel, domestic water pressure circulation pump, 2nd Floor mechanical loads, intrusion/burglary system, select lighting for gang and individual toilet rooms throughout the building, and select receptacles and lighting in the nurse and main oces at Durham-Nockamixon Elementary School. The design plans should include generator size needed, type , location design and adding the loads as described in the paragraph above and any other mechanical/technical information that will need to be factored as part of the replacement project.
