Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kintnersville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
Separate sealed bids are requested for Palisades Middle School Auditorium Renovation, to be received at the district offices. The work is divided into the following prime contracts: General Construction, HVAC Construction, and Electrical Construction. Bidders must secure a complete set of bidding documents for all contracts via the specified link upon payment of a nonrefundable fee. Each bid must include a certified check, money order, cashier's good faith check, or bid bond of at least 10 percent of the total bid as security. Non-collusion affidavits are required. Performance and payment bonds must also be provided. The right to waive informality, reject any or all bids, or award any contract in the best interest of the owner is reserved. Compliance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and Pennsylvania Commonwealth Procurement Code for prevention of environmental pollution is required for all bidders and subcontractors.
