Renovation of a fire / police facility in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

**As of November 27, 2023, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking bids for the construction of the CIP #CF2306 - Police Building Roof Replacement Project. at 7601 E. Skoog Blvd., Prescott Valley, AZ 86314. This project will replace three (3) sections of the existing Police Building roofing with a new single ply membrane (see map attached for location and a square footage of roofing sections to be replaced). The Police Department is a restricted area. Contractor/ Forman's will need to pass a soft Police Department background check. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or surety bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid included in the bid proposal as a guarantee that the Contractor will enter into a contract to perform the proposal in accordance with plans and specifications. The Town of Prescott Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bid proposals.
