Site work for a mixed-use development in Amador Township, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and road / highway.
Perform all work necessary to furnish and install Excavation, Rain Garden, Draintile and Appurtenances, Erosion & Sediment Control, Native Revegetation . Moody Lake Capstone Site Directions: Projects are located between Lofton Avenue (County Road 24) and Moody Lake south of 245th Street. Two projects are located within the footprint of the Moody Lake Park and the third project is located just to the south within a small wetland adjacent to the southwest corner of Moody Lake. Contractors may only visit the private property for the Moody Wetland dredging site by notifying Blayne Eineichner (CLFLWD) prior to visiting the site, or by attending the pre-bid meeting. The other two locations are public and contractors may visit at their leisure. Est. Completion Date: June 1, 2024 The project consists of three sub-projects: - Moody Round Barn soil excavation and restoration. - Moody Park rain garden, infrastructure and path restoration - Moody Wetland Dredging. It is anticipated that the Moody Round Barn Excavation and South Moody Wetland Dredging will both occur during Winter 2023/2024 with the Moody Park Rain Garden construction occurring Spring 2024.
