Each building will be standard size 52x50 with a concrete slab foundation. Services are anticipated to include: Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Geotechnical Engineering, Architecture, Surveying, Environmental, Cost Estimating, assistance during Bidding and Construction, and Closeout Documentation Estimated range (US$): 500,000 to 1,000,000 Anticipated period for performance-Begin/End: January 2024 - November 2028 AK DOT - RFP Design - Mountain Village and Gambell Airport Snow Removal Equipment Building Replacement *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
