Reference Number 0000256242 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/10/03 12:00:00 PM CDT Providing equipment and labour to perform winter maintenance operations in the Elie, Headingley Areas in the Province of Manitoba during the 2023/24 winter season. The Work locations are: Provincial Road 332 from Provincial Trunk Highway 1 to Provincial Trunk Highway 2 1.Provincial Road 424 from Provincial Trunk Highway 2 to Provincial Road 248 2.Provincial Access 645 from Provincial Road 424 to 4.2 KM east of Provincial Road 424 3.Provincial Road 427 from Provincial Road 424 to Provincial Road 334 4. Provincial Road 425 from Provincial Road 334 to Provincial Trunk Highway 101 5.Provincial Road 334 from Provincial Trunk Highway 2 to Provincial Road 241 6.Provincial Road 334 from Provincial Road 425 to Provincial Road 221 COMPLETION MODEL The Contractor shall be assessed Liquidated Damages in accordance with the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES A Liquidated Damage of FIFTEEN HUNDRED ($1,500.00) dollars per calendar day will be assessed to the Contractor for Snowplowing that has not been completed within 48 hours following notification from the Contract Administrator (CA). Liquidated Damages shall continue to be assessed daily until the assigned project is complete. SEASONAL SHUTDOWN DATE The Seasonal Shutdown Date for this project is: MARCH 31, 2024. For the 2023/24 winter season, Snowplowing and other winter activities will commence on or about November 1, 2023, and will continue until March 31, 2024.
