Section I - Bridge Site No. 478-12 (Project ID No. C15152) Removal of the existing crossover transitions between the Eastbound and Westbound lanes and restoration of the typical median cross section on Provincial Trunk Highway 1, located 0.5km west of the junction of Provincial Road 248 in the vicinity of Elie, in the Municipality of Cartier. Section II - Bridge Site No. 483-12 (Project ID No. C15162) Removal of the existing crossover transitions between the Eastbound and Westbound lanes and restoration of the typical median cross section on Provincial Trunk Highway 1, located 1.0km west of the junction of Provincial Road 430, in the Municipality of Portage La Prairie. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages All Work Shall Be Completed in Accordance With the Specifications by No Later Than November 30, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown for Roadwork is: November 15 of Any Given Year Question Acceptance Deadline: 2025/09/10 12:00:00 PM CDT Documents can be obtained from https://www.merx.com/ Award is subject to final approval.
