Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project is generally described as repairs to the existing wood decks on the Belvedere Plaza, replacement of the existing ADA ramp at the Pauley Center, repairs to paving and sidewalks, repairs to the Belvedere stair and water feature, and other items. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Intermittent concrete sidewalk repairs within the project limits to remedy tripping hazards 2. Selective renovation repairs and strategic construction interventions for Belvedere Fountain and Belvedere Stair Fountain. 3. Handrail and handrail lighting replacement along the Belvedere Stair Fountain. 4. Pedestral Paver repair atop the Belvedere. 5. Wood decking replacement atop Belvedere. 6. ADA ramp for Pauley Center.
