Prospective bidders are responsible to the prior to bidding This project is for the installation of a concrete vault toilet at the Ear Mountain Cabin . Work will include the excavation required for new vault toilet installation, and the supply, delivery, and installation of one new concrete vault toilet. Contractor shall install a concrete pad at the toilet entry. Contractor shall decommission the abandoned 1,000-gallon concrete septic tank serving the Ear Mountain Cabin. Work includes locating, pumping, punching holes in top and bottom of tank, backfilling, and finish grading. Contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, tools, etc. necessary to complete the work.
