Guy Tabacco Construction invites Bids from qualified and experienced companies ("Bidders") the opportunity to submit Bids for the supply and erection of a "Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB)" only, for the Teton County Health and Emergency Response Building located at 11 Main Ave. South, Choteau, MT 59422. No pre-bid conference is scheduled for this work. Only substantive inquiries will receive a response. Questions: All substantive questions written in email format as outlined below will be responded to according to the guidelines contained herein. All inquiries clarifications, requests for exceptions, deviations or equivalent products, or comments concerning this IFB are due on Thursday, September 19, 2024, no later than 12:00 p.m. and shall be submitted via email or hard copy to- Guy Tabacco Construction, 1400 25th Ave NE, Black Eagle, MT 59414, Attn- Bill Stott bill@guytabaccoconst.com. Responses will be emailed and be provided to all prospective Bidders. Responses to questions or comments regarding this IFB provided by any other department, employee, or Guy Tabacco department other than the contact person set forth below shall not be considered valid and Guy Tabacco will not be bound by any such comments or responses. Inquiries received via telephone or orally in-person will not receive a response. Prospective Bidders are responsible for having Bids deposited on time at the place specified and assume all risk of late delivery, including any delay in the mail or handling of the mail by the U.S. Postal Service or Guy Tabacco Construction employees. The successful Bidder will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Opportunity Laws and Regulations. Guy Tabacco Construction reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to accept all or any part of any Bid, to waive any informality or minor irregularities in any Bid received, to the extent permitted by law and where such action best serves the interest of Guy Tabacco Construction and Teton County and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective Bid received.
