Renovation of an educational facility in Claremore, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Auditorium Chiller Replacement. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid and all Alternates as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the Bidder will execute the contract and furnish bonds and insurance as required. The State reserves the right to hold the bid security of the three (3) lowest Bidders until the successful Bidder has executed the contract and furnished the required bonds and proof of insurance. No bid security is required if the total of the Base Bid and Alternates is Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) or less. Unless otherwise provided in State law, the successful bidder shall furnish an assurance of completion prior to the execution of any contract under this solicitation in the form of a performance, payment, and defect bond in a penal sum of 100 percent of the contract price; or, as may be required or permitted by State law. Rogers State University shall have the right to reject any or all bids and solicit contractors again as herein provided if the best interests of the people of the State of Oklahoma would be best served by so doing. Further, the University reserves the right to award on an all or none basis, by item or groups of items in order to achieve the overall lowest cost.
