Rejection of Bid Rogers State University reserves the right to reject any proposals that do not comply with the requirements and specifications of the solicitation. A proposal may be rejected when the bidder imposes terms or conditions that would modify the requirements of the solicitation or limit the bidder's liability. Award of Contract Rogers State University may award the Contract to more than one bidder by awarding the Contract(s) by individual fields or by proceeding only with one field or Complex if deemed by the University to be in the best interest of the University. Contract awards will be made to the best value bidder(s) unless the solicitation specifies that the lowest and best criteria is being used. Protect installation throughout construction process until date of final completion.
