Renovation of a water / sewer project in Claremore, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Construction of the "2024 Tacora Water Treatment Plant GAC Replacement Project" consisting of the removal, disposal and replacement of GAC filter media with associated appurtenances located in Section 06, T-22-N, R-16-E, of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma. Each bidder must fully comply with the requirements, terms, and conditions of Equal Opportunity in Employment: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex national origin, age or handicap. Bidders for this project shall be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, as amended. The requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications. The bidder commits itself to the affirmative steps to contract with small, minority and women's businesses contained herein and all other requirements, terms and conditions of these bid conditions by submitting a properly signed bid. Surety companies executing bonds must be authorized to transact business in the State of Oklahoma. All bidders shall register with the Engineer.
