A Cashier's Check, a Certified Check or a Surety Bond for Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Shall Accompany the Sealed Proposal of Each Bidder. All Paperwork in the Bids Submitted Shall Be Complete. Any Incomplete Paperwork May Be Considered an Unresponsive Bid. Bidders Agree to Commence Work Within Ten (10) Calendar Days After Issuance of a Notice to Proceed, and to Complete the Same Within 240 Calendar Days.
