Renovation of a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work consists of full roof replacement on the Main Building, PAC Theater, and Open Air Canopy; roof refurbishment on Knapp Hall, Post Hall, PE Locker Area, and Sunset-PAC Theater Addition; and roof repairs on Frazier Hall, Cafeteria, Gym, Band Building, and Lowden Theater and Visual Arts. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of C-15, AB, B, B-2. Contractors Pre-Qualified pursuant NRS 338.1379 intending to bid this project. The Clark County School District is an equal opportunity employer and will not knowingly discriminate in any area of employment, and invites all businesses to include women-owned, minority-owned, and disadvantaged business enterprise companies to participate in our bidding process. Bid documents will be available online via our cloud-based site "Bluebeam" beginning September 25, 2023. Pre-Qualified Prime Bidders will need to email Teresa Torix at torixtl@nv.ccsd.net to request the invitation for the digital bid documents through CCSD's Bluebeam document viewer tool with instruction how to view and print the Bid documents.
